The purpose of the Know Your Worth conference is to provide a day and place for women of diverse backgrounds and career paths to network and learn from one another. The vision is to create a culture of empowerment among the women of our state.

Tallgrass Network Hub Leader Julie Mettenburg will lead a workshop discussion on how women can embrace a Holistic perspective to fulfill our many roles on the farm or ranch, workplace, community and family.

"Research shows that women, and especially women of color, are leading Kansas in starting new businesses.
